Who we are
Fishbowl of Knowledge was created with one goal in mind: to help students rediscover the joy of learning and feel empowered every step of the way.
We understand that every learner is unique—and so is their path to success. That’s why we tailor our approach to meet students where they are, offering guidance, encouragement, and the right tools to help them grow.
Whether a student is gifted and seeking enrichment, learning English as a second language, or navigating the world through a neurodivergent lens, we provide patient, personalized instruction that builds confidence and inspires progress.
Because at Fishbowl of Knowledge, we don’t just prepare students for the next test—we prepare them for a lifetime of curiosity, resilience, and achievement.

I have been a teacher for over 18 years and have experience teaching elementary, middle, and high school students. My passion is helping students reach their potential while meeting them where they are in their learning journey. One thing I know for sure with all of my experience is that all students want to be successful, but may need a little help carving their path. I am passionate about teaching all types of learners
I am a graduate of the University of Arizona, Bear Down!, with a degree in Anthropology and International Business. After exploring the world of non-profits, I started to feel the pull of getting into education. This is when I went to the University of Michigan, Go Blue!, to complete my Master’s in Education, focusing on Language Arts instruction.
Moving to Miami, Florida, after graduation, I started my teaching career in the 5th grade classroom in Key Biscayne K-8 center. I continued to also be a leader in science education and coached students in our yearly science fair competition locally and in our district competitions. I then continued to teach 6th grade science. Key Biscayne is also where I first started Fishbowl of Knowledge and worked with students on-site.
When we moved to Boca Raton, Florida, I started teaching Language Arts in Don Estridge High Tech Middle School. This journey led me to begin a new career developing curriculum and teaching Middle School Language Arts at A.D. Henderson University School. I also created and started the first Speech and Debate program at the school.
My next adventure began as a Middle and High School Language Arts teacher at American Heritage School in Delray Beach. I was also an English Department Head and was able to partake in more discussions about curriculum and design. I was fortunate to also continue my passion for the Speech and Debate program and became the director of the Lower School Speech and Debate program for upper elementary students.
